Collection: Workshops
All workshops are held at my shop located in Ventura, California. Inspired to share techniques & knowledge passed down over hundreds of years. Courses cover traditional green woodworking. Splitting logs, & riving out parts while the wood still contains a considerable moisture content. Kiln drying parts to be joined. Steam bending back crests. Carving seats using hand tools. Assembling & joining using traditional methods. The price of the course includes all materials and tools required. All participants will leave with a completed chair to enjoy for a lifetime.
